Team Gobi CanadaCome join us on August 15th to welcome back the Team Gobi Canada crew as they show their slideshow and share stories from their recent run across the Gobi Desert. Appetizers and juice will be served and 15% from all sales that evening will go to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
Surviving the Gobi March 2007
The ‘Gobi March’ combines long days, extreme temperatures and difficult terrain into one of the toughest foot-races on the planet. In 2007, faced with record flooding, blizzards and temperatures up to 50 degrees, competitors struggled to continue from stage to stage. Come out on Wednesday, August 15th to experience the race first hand from 3 Victoria competitors with amazing photos of the race and the people who make up one of the most remote places on earth.
