Running is often considered the oldest sport in existence. The desire to travel from point A to point B as fast as possible has been a long-standing challenge for athletes, and remains the primary goal for many recreational and competitive runners.
A properly designed strength and mobility training program can have a tremendous effect on sport performance and overall fitness. Strength, top end speed, and resistance to fatigue and injury can all be improved through this course, which will challenge you to discover and correct your physical weaknesses. This 12-week session uses body weight, balance tools, and resistance training techniques to improve strength and mobility, allowing participants to improve their overall athletic ability. Special attention will be paid to areas of common weakness, tightness, and injury, while focusing on performance enhancement.
